Aaaaand... I have my Mega Everdrive up and running. It's pretty great! I'm glad I sprung for it, because the fast loading is awfully nice. I even tried a few Master System games on there. Which seems like witchcraft and wizardry, despite my knowing how it's all achieved. Backwards compatibility (even if it is partial) is awesome.

Next on the list: giving the 32X stuff a go. But I need that crossover cable to come in so I can hook it to my Model 1, my 32Xs don't play well with my Model 2. (I thought I had at least two Model 2s, but I can only find one.)

Probably $15-20 used from most resellers for the Plus version maybe $10-15 for a standard. Watch out for knockoffs though.

If you're shipping to the US (at least), Nintendo sells refurbished ones (when I've bought them, they seemed brand new, just brown box). Wiimote + Motion+ for $13, Wiimote Plus for $15, or Wiimote Plus w/ Nunchuck for $25.
