KalessinDB, learn how to use layers, and make duplicate layers and hide them incase you screw up, and you will be fine.

I think the best way to deal with it is to change your mindset.

Do not think "I can't have a cigarette , I can't have a cigarette"

Think "There are no such thing as cigarettes. Now I will just continue on with my life"

I think if some one is let alone, he might not eat(or crave) a piece of chocolate for 3 day, BUT if you restrict him by saying "You can NOT have a piece of chocolate for 3 days" it will start to itch real bad. This is why I think a lot of people have a hard time on a diet, because they know they can't eat sugars.
This sounds good in theory, but it's kind of like Pandora's Box. Once it's opened, it's near impossible to close back up what's inside. Especially when you're surrounded by chocolate all the time, if you follow. :D

My method of "quitting" is to limit myself to one pack of cigarettes a year (and very rarely bumming them off others). That way, when I really want to smoke, I can either buy my annual pack or tell myself "just wait a couple more months" and I can generally keep myself in check.

I'm not sure if it's ever been studied, but I'd wager a pack a year isn't enough to actually cause any noticeable health problems. So it's like the best of both worlds!

I've never heard of anyone else using this method... but it works for me!

You should be able to use GIMP to open up templates for the spines you want and cut and paste the artwork.

For what it is worth, when I quit smoking, it wasn't a "I want to quit" situation, it was a "I'm tired of smoking" situation. May have been the only time in my life where I littered. I rolled down my car window, took a pack of Camel Wides, threw it out the window and said "sayonora"*.

I was tired of smokers breath. Tired of spending money on smokes. Tired of my clothes and apartment stinking. I was a bit fed up with myself for smoking in the first place. In short, I quit because I wanted to.

*I actually said that.

I am not sure why are you continuing to smoke? At one pack a year, you will smoke in 10 years what the average smoker smokes in 10 days. If you continue so, you will be like a smoker who picked up smoking and quit in 3 months.

Cigarettes starts to taste bad( expired?) after opening the pack in two to 3 days. How is it that you keep one for a whole year?
