Re: Video Game "Look what I found"
Flea Market day once again!

Time Gal & Dark Wizard complete in box: $15 each (tried to haggle to $12.50 each, but didn't work)
Genesis/SegaCD/Sega32X with cables: $75 (haggled from $80 because of missing 32X cable)
It was only after I payed $75 for the consoles I thought to myself "Wait a sec. What if the SegaCD doesn't work?" Luckily everything works, but man was I nervous for the rest of the day. This is actually the same person that I got Space Adventure from last week. This lady was extremely hard to haggle with.

nice find. Sucks about the 32X cable, but it looks like you got the "model 1 extension plate" so that almost makes up for it. LOL. In my experience, that is a much harder piece to find than the 32X cable anyway. (especially considering that yours is a model 2, and the plate is just loose. I'm super surprised you got that with the bundle. Very nice!)

I would love to hook something like that up, but I just don't have space on my power strip...

I've actually never even tried to hook up the Genesis/Sega CD/32X all at once. I have four Genesises (no idea why) - one is hook up to the Sega CD, one has the 32X attached, one has a power base converter attached, and the other one is naked.

Re: Video Game "Look what I found"
Did every SegaCD come with the extender piece? My family got a SegaCD at retail back when it was on store shelves for our model 1 Genesis, but I don't remember ever seeing the extender piece. I can't find any indication that it was sold separately either.pvt_awol wrote:it looks like you got the "model 1 extension plate" so that almost makes up for it. LOL.
