Are you sure there just aren't any Steam servers in your area and that's why you are getting a crappy download speed?

Somehow I don't see the gulf being a big market for Valve.

Well others are reporting slow Steam downloads so I guess its not me. As I said, Apple and YouTube are slow too. When I say slow I mean it gives me around 30% of my max speed. Sony on the other hand has no limits.

I would imagine the gulf is a very small market for steam. The population of 6 countries is around 30m or so, of which many got no credit cards, of which gamers are a low percentage of the population, of which couldn't care less to buy a PC for gaming, of which do not see a point in purchasing games when they can pirate them with 0 legal action taken against them.

None the less, the European servers are working just fine for me. It just gets you when the game is 20GB.

The others here have a problem because of a lack of net neutrality in the US. Again with Apple and Youtube, they probably don't consider your area a big market. Sony on the other hand made an effort to break into the market (wasn't the PS2 the first console to be officially released over there?) so they probably set up servers in the area.

He was popular in the 90s. Sarcastic type humor and known as a comedic actor. Hasnt been all that relevant in recent years. Mostly been in commercials or cameo roles lately besides being in The Grown Ups movies.

After looking at it, he only has 4 movies he had a big part in that I can stand to watch without clawing out my eyeballs, namely Joe Dirt, Tommy Boy, Black Sheep, and Coneheads (and this isnt even a huge role).

Honestly one of my favorite movies. I understand Joe a hell of a lot more than I should.
