What was the last movie you've seen?

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

I'm gonna miss the show, Tony Shaloub gave one hell of a performance on the series and I became a fan of it quickly after first seeing it. But, all things must come to an end, so as mysteriously as the show and it's characters came to be they all at least left evolved and changed for the better.

Not a bad finale episode, but looking back on the series and it's legacy afterwords I'm still amazed at how Monk paved the way for the flood of Cable Network series that we have today such as Breaking Bad, Psych and others that proved quality shows didn't have to be on the national networks.
I wanted to watch that, but with Monk, WWE Smackdown and two hours of Dollhouse, Friday was a bit too busy tv-wise for me. I watched Dollhouse being the dedicated Joss Whedon fan that I am, but I hope the Monk finale goes up on Hulu soon

Frosty's Winter Wonderland. Why does Frosty look like John Wayne Gacy and sound like he's from the Bronx?

My Mother's side of the family grew up off of Milwaukee ave., Chicago. If you are familiar with the city, it's near the Blue Line on Jefferson Park.

When my Uncle was in his Senior year of High School, he was in a band that ripped off the sound of the Beach Boys. I think that was common place at the time though. One night after a show, while he was walking home, a car pulled up and asked him if he needed a ride.

My Uncle passed.

The driver then noticed he had a guitar, asked my Uncle if he was in a band, and then said he knew people in the music business. The driver asked again if he could give him a ride home, and that he could find him an agent. Again, my Uncle passed.

He swears when he saw JWG on the Tribune that it was the same guy who tried to give him a ride. Apparently JWG lived around the same area. My Uncle lived on Milwaukee & W. Farragut.

Oh man that's one for the kids!! I have nothing as interesting, but one time while surfing (actually we were changing into our wetsuits on the street) an old man in a trench coat walked up to my friends and me. He didn't seem to be able to talk so he wrote a message. It was asking us where the nearest gay bar was... this was during a long surf trip... I think we were in OC, NJ at the time, which makes the chances of finding a gay bar in that area 0. Also, he had no teeth.

Watched Terminator: Salvation last night. It was decent, but the forced attempt at a love story almost ruined it.

Watching Angels and Demons with my wife right now.

So, did you like it more than the Da Vinci Code?
