Twilight Zone has held up well for such an old show. Plus, it's worthy watching purely because it's been parodied so many times.OldSchool_Boy wrote:Smile: Twilight Zone marathon on Syfy for 4th of July weekend.

I'm with modman on this. To me the jacket is no different than the underwear reference. If something is covered in some stranger's shit, I will not be wearing it. Finding a jacket covered in shit and running away from it is not a looking a gift horse in the mouth situation, it's a "I don't want to wear something that was once covered in some random person's shit" situation.Mod_Man_Extreme wrote:Dude......standards man, standards

This shitty jacket is getting a lot of play - oddly we learn a lot about each other (from whether or not they would clean and wear said jacket).
Clothing and suikoden II are something different, as in physiologically. I can get sticker goo off of suikoden II with alcohol or windex and never know it was there. The molecular structure of the disc is solid - the shit has not permeated the inner layers. The shit/goo is gone forever. Conversely...
I won't like, I have sharted - those white underwear, you can tide em', bleach em', paint em' - they still have some remnants of that incident. It is in there forever. My guess is no matter the process of cleaning that jacket...Dr. Temperance Brennan could find a killer if she had access to that jacket. Thus - I wouldn't wear it.

You'd better start making your own water at home then since water sourced from pretty much anywhere will have gone through some living bieng's urinary tract along the way, even if it has been cleaned by filtering.Luke wrote: I'm with modman on this. Maybe it was just some general stinky brown something. Maybe it was just a food spill that was particularly odorous after drying a bit and baking in the sun?
Also, don't homeopaths think of this with their silly 'water has memory' and 'dilute a liquid 1 million times that once looked at something that was perhaps medicinal'? If it had memory (which is a stupid idea), it would remember its trips through urinary tracts and toilets.

Hydrogen: checkHobie-wan wrote: You'd better start making your own water at home then since water sourced from pretty much anywhere will have gone through some living bieng's urinary tract along the way, even if it has been cleaned by filtering.![]()
Oxygen: check
Why is this so difficult? I've got double the hydrogen, and I'm watching the oxygen network...Back to the drawing board I guess.

You know, this whole conversation is just ridiculous. There's most probably more shit on your keyboard right now than there is on this vest. I'm not even joking... Everytime you shake someone's hand you risk getting some shit-molecules from that person on your hand. Unless you shake a muslim's hand of course. They always wipe left...
Anyways, this is the jacket:

I'll be damned if I throw this away just because of some insane bubble boy thought...
No, seriously, it smelled like shit. I would even say dogshit. Like when you're sitting next to someone with dogshit on his shoes. That's how it smelled. So my guess is someone stepped in a pile of dogshit and found the ridiculous solution of cleaning his shoes with his vest. Either that, or the baby had an accident and they used the vest to clean the little fucker. I dunno, it doesn't even matter. Who cares...

Because of the taste of course...brunoafh wrote:@elmagicochrisg

Are there still shit marks on the left side of the jacket or is that supposed to be some design?elmagicochrisg wrote:You know, this whole conversation is just ridiculous.
