I actually have a second account that as an additional 9000 posts (due to a work thing several years ago. The user fast is also me).

I had a Razor mouse several years ago (probably 10 now that I think about it) that no matter what I did the drivers would not work. I won it as a tournament prize and no XP box I had could use any of the non standard buttons. I actually have no idea where it is now.

Still looks a little clunky to me, but at least the buttons actually look usable now.

Any idea where I can find a scan of the controller design on those bags? I would totally rock a shirt with that design on it.

I could scan it for you tomorrow at my office if you'd like. It's just a vector outline of the disassembled steam controller from valve's own website.
