Cybernator
Released In: 1993
Developer: NCS

In the year 2065 AD, the Earth is split into two warring factions, the evil Axis forces and noble Federation. As Jake, a newly trained Federation pilot, you are given control of a Cybernator mech and thrust into combat against the Axis army. You will fight this war on many fronts: in space, on the Moon, in the Earth's atmosphere, and finally, in the enemy's capital. Cybernator is the sequel to the 1990 Sega Genesis game Target Earth.

Awesome post, but we have it on the list already under its japanese name I believe at # 9. It's cool to see more support for it being on the list though

Super Famicom Wars is the gem of my SNES/SFC collection. It was only released on Nintendo Power Data Carts. Released in late 1998, It is the an enhanced remake of the original Famicom Wars, and the main predecessor to Advance Wars.

It introduced COs (with somewhat unique abilities), Fog of War, a boatload of new units, new maps and four player support. It's entirely in Japanese, but if you've learned how to play Advance Wars, you can jump right in and start enjoying this one. If you're looking for a copy, be prepared to shell out the dough - it's not a very common game, even in Japan. I got my copy for $60 a few years back, and I've since seen it go for more than double that.

Oh and the female CO is sexier than Nell, Sami, Lash and Rachel combined.

The often overlooked seventh entry of the classic series, Megaman 7 was something I remember I was waiting and hoping for. Of course I loved Megaman X, but it wasn't the same kind of experience I had grown accustomed to on the NES. I wanted THAT Megaman.

Image

The sprites were all on the huge side, but I still love Megaman 7. I feel very fortunate to own it, as it seems to have gotten rare over the years.

and as you guys know from my beadsprites, I sure do love me those robot master portraits converted to 8-bit then recolorized by myself!

There are too many oversights here! I'll contribute Breath of Fire II for now.
