What Made you Smile/What Ticked you off Today?

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

I'm on my mobile, so I won't elaborate. But I have a little to say about this post. Prepare to pack a lunch.

You used the word 'bitch' in reference to a woman, which is big no no for Luke. There may also be something in there about the fact you somewhat stated the fact that she knew little about games due to being a woman rather than just not having knowledge of video games.

And the general disrespect to somebody just because they didn't know something.

It's not the fact that she is a woman. It's the fact that she knew nothing about games and she works at a video game repair shop.

plus the fact you are incensed that someone at an electronics store in 2013 doesn't know how to fix a handheld game system from 1989....

The point of my post is that it ticks me off when game stores hire women because of attractiveness rather than a women who knows about video games. This is especially prevalent at big chain stores.

Did you see this woman? Do you even know she's attractive?

Anyways, I can turn it around and bitch about how many chain stores hire men who know little to nothing of games. Do you know how many times flat out I've wanted to smack some of the goofs I've met at Gamestop?

And its a Gameboy. Unless its a micro, its probably just easier to buy a new one anyways. (And you did point out that it is an SP, which are highly abundant.)

Hey hey come on now you only talked to her on the phone you have no idea if she's attractive. She might have gotten the job based on her sandwich making abilities.
