You're playing Monkey Island and Dark Souls at the same time? It's like you're running down a list of my favorite games.

ha! When I'm "between" games I tend to play whatever's next on PC Gamer's Top 100 list (thus Dark Souls), and I've also been revisiting old Together Retro games dating back to when I first joined the site (thus Castlevania, Nights Into Dreams, and now Monkey Island).

I've played Monkey Island MANY times, so it's one I can kind of run through without thinking very much. I have never played the remake however, although I've owned it for like four years. So I figured what the heck. In one sitting I'm all the way up to the part where I just got the credit to buy my boat, so right at the beginning of Act 2.

I saw a game called Oh...Sir! at PAX that reminded me of Insult Swordfighting in Monkey Island. Any game that reminds me of MI is starting off on the right step.

You mean the ones you can play offline on the DC? If so, yes.
