Games Beaten:
Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin for the DS
Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light for the PS3
Sonic 4: Episode 1 for the PS3
Donkey Kong Country Returns for the Wii
Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee for the original Xbox
Portal 2(PS3)
Flower(Playstation Network)
Darksiders (PS3)
Alice Madness Returns(Xbox 360)
The Dishwasher Vampire Smiles(Xbox 360)
Heavy Rain (PS 3)
Plants vs Zombies Game of the Year - PC Steam version
Outland - PS 3
Catherine - PS 3
Beyond Good and Evil HD
Not quite the masterpiece I remember. Some parts of the game are stupidly or sloppily designed. There are a bunch of bug/glitches, camera problems, and control problems too, but I'm not sure if they are new to this port or were in the original versions of the game. I don't remember encountering all of these issues when I played it on the Gamecube years ago
Still, the game is great in many ways and there are still things that show that the game was ahead of its time. It holds up pretty well for the most part after all these years and is still a rather unique game in some ways even when compared to what's on the market today. I'd probably give it an 8 today, though back when I originally played it I saw this game as a perfect 10. Rose colored glasses

Re: Games Beaten : 2011
Metal Slug First Mission on NeoGeo Pocket. Fun.
Crusader of Centy/Soleil for the Genesis/Mega Drive. I have very conflicting feelings about this one. On one hand it looks and sounds great and has some really enjoyable parts. On the other hand the story is poorly developed, the bosses are push-overs, the conclusion is anti-climatic and I often found myself just stumbling through the game without knowing where I'm supposed to be going and why.

Next up is either Metroid Fusion, Return of Samus, or the original Metroid: I have a plane to catch tomorrow and I can't think of a better way to kill three hous in the air.

Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

Boy, I will have to try and dig up the complete list, but latest was Rescue Rangers 2 on the NES. Good times.

The First 50: January-June
Adventure - Atari 2600
Gunhed - PCE
Limbo - 360
Crimzon Clover - PC
Army of Darkness Defense- iPhone
Psycho Soldier - PSP
Shank - PS3
Jamestown - PC
MUSHA - Genesis
Dragon Age II: Legacy - PS3
Kingdom Grand Prix - - Arcade (MAME) *new*
Blade Buster - NES *new*
2011 TOTAL: 62
2010 Games Beaten
Two unusual shmups. Kingdom Grand Prix is an arcade/racing hybrid by Raizing (it also has an excellent Saturn port.). I beat that one while playing with saturnfan. Blade Buster is a homebrewed "Caravan" style game with a five minute time limit and just two levels. The point of the game is more about grabbing a high score then geting to the end...but I did technically beat it so it goes on the list.
