I'm loving Fire Emblem. I've forgotten how awesome these games are, I'm not sure when I last played a Fire Emblem, I think it might be the one for the GBA... that was a while ago...

So far that is still my game of the year and I'm not so sure even Bioshock Infinite will be able to knock it from that post.

Well, I got a Circle Pad Pro XL for MH3U.. Returning Circle Pad Pro XL. Unless someone wants to pay $35. Which is the refund I would be getting from Amazon. heh.

I thought it might give me actual analog aiming abilities with the bow/bow gun weapons. Nope. Handles basically the same as a d-pad. It makes camera control underwater slightly better. But overall, not as worth the $40 as I expected.

I was all but certain that Nintendo basically gave up on the accessory. It's not like many games support it.

It is going back today. I am sure Monster Hunter 4 will support it. Not sure what else will!

It's definitely my favorite game so far too.

As for the circle pad pro XL, I imported it in December for $25. I used it for Revelations and it worked well, although it wasn't really a necessity. My brother borrowed it and is using it on Monster Hunter at the moment. It certainly seems to make swimming easier.

It helps with swimming a little bit. But not significant enough for me to keep it. And MH4 is already confirmed to NOT have underwater battles. :)

Good, because they were really annoying from what I've played. XD

Why the frown? It's some of the best news I've ever heard regarding MH! Larger areas, no underwater battles, more emphasis on an actual story, online play via 3DS, etc. It should be great. I just hope it'll make it over here in a timely manner.
