I guess this whole time I assumed it was some massive 50 hour thing. No idea why.

That still seems way to long for a Mega Man game...

Don't forget it's not a traditional Mega Man game, but rather an weird RPG-esque 3rd person adventure where he's human.

I need to play more games that aren't Kerbal Space Program and rolling the AI in Microsoft Studio's strategy games.

Been hankering to play my 3DS lately but can't really think of anything I want to play specifically.

It's funny how when I have time to play games I can't bring myself to play any of them - and when I don't have the time I can think of 50!

Ugh, the RFGen update continues. Of the last 10 entries, 8 had to be added to their database. And I skipped the Fallouts, which I wonder if I should add to show the variation between Fallout and Fallout Classic in GOG's database. This is taking a while.

So... I just saw an Indiegogo (I think that's the right crowdfunding site) for a thing...

The human race is doomed guys. Freaking doomed. I only post in this thread because the thing includes a shitty ass game with it.

The variation in GOG's database is due to the original database entry including more bonus content than the Bethesda entry. From the perspective of a collection list like RFGen I'd say they're equivalent.

Yeah, I'm aware. I'm wondering if GOG will later attempt to merge the entries if ever they were to get access to the bonus content again. But RFGen also tends to list out every variation of a particular title, including alternate publishers, differing screw counts, etc.

There are some complicated entries with GOG's games though. Like sets of purchasable titles that then break into separate entries after purchase, such as Doom II + Final Doom.

Yeah, it makes sense for the physical titles to have every variation because of the collector mentality, but with digital I feel like that's much less necessary. When it's digital you're just going for what games you own and could play, not whether you have a three screw or a five screw Gyromite because one has a converter inside.
