Directions schmrections.
I always go for the "Four swingy poles may do it" approach.
Ya know, Tee-Pees are about due for a big comeback. Four posts, ground cover, and a sheet.
Calvin and Hobbes would approve.

Re: Post a picture of yourself...no not a damn mug
I had to share this. Apparently I went shopping on the Citadel today:

There's been a style of ladies' clothing I've noticed in department stores over the past year-ish or so that I've been claiming was inspired by Mass Effect (and I can do this without irony because I know absolutely nothing about fashion.) Of what I've seen out there, this one took the Citadel-civilian cake -- so I took a picture for proof.
I'm Commander Shepard, and... you know the rest.

Indeed, put a insigia or a rank on you and you're part of a starship crew.

I didn't buy it. I already have two dresses that work for any occasion -- and anyway, those were renegade colors. Boo! Hiss!
Re: Post a picture of yourself...no not a damn mug
I've seen a few photos of fashion models that look like their clothing designers were inspired by Final Fantasy. It's kind of crazy to see gamer culture seep into these other domains.
