i made that mistake once long ago. thankfully it was just at the fairgrounds here in indy so i didn't drive that far. i learned, though, that you gotta stick with the really rough-and-tumble flea market crowd if you want the really good finds and not just the current gen stuff.GamerMON wrote:Nebraska furniture TENT EVENT. Heard about 20 radio ads for it. Easily convinced the wife to drive with me out to Legends, KS. Most of the games sucked.
Did walk away with Dead Rising 2 PS3 for $8. Just need a PS3 now.

I had a good day hitting Goodwill and the local used game shop. All of it for only $21.
The Centipede game was new even!

I picked up the Centipede Infestation game on clearance at my Target for 8 bucks. Have yet to play it though.
Re: Video Game "Look what I found"
It was $5 at Goodwill new (weird huh?). Played through the first two levels, it is a fun time waster. Not an amazing game by any standards (good music though) but I can pick it up and play it and have a good time. Worth the $5
Re: Video Game "Look what I found"
May have been something wrong with the plastic, my local Target is right next to GoodWill and always sends new games with shrink wrap issues over to GoodWill.KDub wrote:It was $5 at Goodwill new (weird huh?). Re: Video Game "Look what I found"
not many gaming finds at the local fleamarket.
Too damn hot to stay out too
But I did end up getting some early 00's stuff.
Syphon Filter 3 PS1 complete with both manuals(?) for $2.00
N64 Legend of Zelda Majoras Mask (target pre-order?) Preview disc $2.00 Still in its original wrapper and has a small crack towards the bottom. Looks like an interesting piece to have?
Got some games (DUH!) for Gamestops Buy 2 get 1 Free promo.
I think its a 4th of July weekend promo.
Spectral Souls PSP $5.39
Rhapsody A Muscial Adventure DS $6.29
The free one ended up being From The Abyss DS Which was orginally $4.49

Re: Video Game "Look what I found"
my town's homecoming fair is today, so my whole neighborhood is booths of awesome food, crafts, books, etc. Yard sales everywhere. I found myself a Sega Saturn for $4. It had a Virtua Cop disc in it. But no cables or controllers or anything, so fingers crossed that it works.
