Too early to start talking about rare/valuable Wii games?
Re: Too early to start talking about rare/valuable Wii games
We Ski & Snow Board is awesome. Was play testing a duplicate that I had for eBay the other day and ended up sinking about an hour into the free roam mode. The game is so densely populated with unique NPCs that I mistook it for an online game until I looked into it online
.

Very nice! I have 20 of those titles, and I agree that some of them were an absolute pain to track down.
Here are a few of the games in my collection:
Some are valuable; some are not; but they reflect the depth and variety of the Wii's amazing library.
Nice collection! You have quite a few that I'm looking for and I added a couple on my "buy" list. (Dang list keeps growing) Ha, everytime I hear about Nitus Dog Football I laugh. Once I find a good copy it's going to be the center piece of my collection.

Thanks! My copy of Fishing a Resort arrived in the mail today; so I am really, truly done collecting for the system. I ended up with about 300 games, and I went back through it today...chuckling when when I reached the Wii's killer exclusive...Dog Football!

Dino Strike is one of the most entertaining arcade rail shooters ever. It's so poorly made in so many ways, but it's SO much fun.

I'm not the only one who's beaten it!! Yay!

(I agree completely, BTW.)

I have four extra CIB copies sitting here that I got off Amazon for $12.51 each the other day. If you want one hit me up by pm and I'll send on you a copy for what I paid plus shipping.
Kind of surprised that dog football actually sells for so much seemed pretty horrible when I was testing them out

Kind of surprised that dog football actually sells for so much seemed pretty horrible when I was testing them out. Already sold one last night for $25 nearly instantly on Ebay which surprised the hell out of me I guess the buzz around it's rarity really has generated some demand for it. Even with undercutting pretty much everyone I really expected to be sitting on these for quite a while.
If you wanted to sell me a copy, that would be awesome! I'm always happy to save a few bucks, I'll send you a PM. To help everyone else who is looking for the game, I have a lead. Sometimes when searching for odd Wii games you have to look at every corner of the internet. Most of these games are not that old. The same goes with Nitus Dog. I fairly certain that anyone can get a sealed copy for $20 plus shipping on the publishers website: http://shop.judobaby.com/products/jerry ... -wii-u-wii
So for Racketboy members who have been searching out a copy, there ya go. Few bucks cheaper then ebay. I haven't tried to order a copy myself.

Gamestop still has it for $9.99($8.99 Power Up) + Shipping online and a $1 handling fee
. If your wondering about the $1 handling fee that's because they now ship items out from individual stores instead of only having what's available in their warehouse online so stuff ends up getting shipped all over the place and orders can take forever sometimes. No condition guarantees either
.

Another good place to watch for stuff is Amazon Warehouse deals as is pretty obvious from my other posts I spend the majority of my online purchases there. There prices are all over the place and occasionally you can get really good deals there especially when they randomly restock a boatload of games or when something doesn't sale for an extended period of time. When I bought Dog Football the other day they had probably 20-30 CIB copies come into stock.

No condition guarantees either.
This is why I would never order games from the Gamestop site, a risk if CIB or disc only.
Simply search the Gamestop site for store availability using random zip codes BEFORE going to a local Gamestop. Bring the list to your local store on a weekday morning, ask Store Manager to telephone for CIB confirm and have the game shipped direct to local Gamestop for pick up. No charge for the shipping.

Yeah, my luck with ordering Wii games off of Gamestop has been mostly miss. Probably 6 of the 8 games came in generic cases. I may have to try your method of having the manager call and confirm completeness. Also CRTGamer... Heck yeah, on the thread, what a massive wealth of information that is. I've gone through some of it and look forward to checking more out. Thats pretty awesome.
