I had intended to swap it in for one of my 24" screens, and use that elsewhere in the house...but then found it didn't quite work how I wanted. So, I redid my computer desk for triple monitor setup, and swapped to using my old receiver for audio. The latter allowed me to reintegrate the subwoofer I'd built, and gives the potential to set up surround channels.
...and then I wound up spending most of my gaming time playing Dark Souls, which basically doesn't take advantage of any of the new stuff.
I did see substantial improvements in things that did when I tested 'em though.
