Oh well, I have heard the game its self is pretty good though, so congrats. :D
Thanks.

Bradtemple87: Not exactly nailed yet, but it should be shortly after first reprint run ships, which is next week.
I appreciate that update. I have your site bookmarked and have been checking a few times a week for what seems like forever now.
I'm pretty much in the same boat. I check the website almost daily so that I can put in my order for the reprint.

Honestly, I don't see any problem with the price or reprint. We see that all the time for releases on a mainstream level. For example, a limited edition might be offered for the price of a regular release for a limited time. After some time passes, the regular version is the only one offered. In this case, I don't mind supporting a fantastic project like this one.

It doesn't look so much like a cave, but an opening in the forest if I remember correctly.

I spent the last two days (about 6+) hours working on the Magic School tests. I did ok on the moving puzzle, but I have always sucked at Bomberman so those levels took 20+ tries each, and until I figured out the slide trick the Slide Test took a while.
I just got to the next boss in the Volcano and am about 26 hours into it with each character around level 30. I'm really digging this game so if you get stuck I'll try to help as much as I remember.

Well I'm at the last castle/level and saved right before the main boss (or maybe bosses you know how video games can be) and I'm still loving this game.
There are two strategies you can use:
a) Grind like an old school RPG (Dragon Warrior) and the game will be easy beating with level 33+ characters.
or
b) Have a great strategy and master all of the spells and items and you can beat the game with level 22 characters. (according to members of their forums)

I choose to grind my characters are all 33-35 and have had a pretty easy (not blowing through the game) but I love grinding it works for short bursts of gaming.

Anyway for those who are getting the 2nd printing I hope you love the game as much as I do because when all is said and done it doesn't matter what goodies you got with the game all that matters is that the game is a great 16bit RPG.

I'm very glad to read this, because when I worked on the items, magic/attacks and the difficulty, it was intended to be exactly like this. Hard, but beatable without grinding with good strategy (and exploration, there is a lot of hidden stuff).

Tulio, project leader and programmer, contacted David sometime ago about setting up the podcast interview.

Also, if you didn't know and are interested in getting the game, new orders started this Monday.
