Totally Rad is a pretty decent game. The link seems to be dead on it, but there was a really cool localization breakdown on the game which was absolutely fascinating to read. The surfer-dude thing was funny stuff, and a lot more interesting than what was in the original release.

These are definitely--definitely--reindeer. I've heard it said that this was the first console release in Japan to have an 18+ age restriction, but the abundance of 18+ games released on the PCE seem to debunk that. (I'm not sure if I should mention that I'm being a little, intentionally, misleading.)
