Ruff game stickems. First quarter was boring, both sides. But Dallas didnt really decide to play until the fourth when it was too late.

belichick makes adjustments, garrett doesn't. it's time to put the guy you traded for in, cassell. weeden is to scared to step up in a pocket and throw down field. his stats are padded by dink and dunks to the rb's. the defense knows this and loads the box with 8 or 9 and run blitzes every down. i don't expect miracles from garrett but try something different. it's like banging your head against the wall expecting it to fall down and when it doesn't your choice is to try and keep banging it. vent over lol.

Ehh being a Cowboys fan isnt that tough considering the franchise's success. It is the Lions and Browns fans who have it rough.

But this was a game that wouldve been tough to win even without the injuries. But not having your QB and game changing WR, Dallas was not going to win this one.

Despite the loss, there were positives, primarily with the defense, despite some poor tackling on a few plays. Tom Brady was sacked 5 times in the first half and in constant pressure. New England was really slowed down for a bit. But Dallas also ran a ton of man coverage, and all the rub and pick routes the Patriots run will eventually spring a receiver loose for a big gain.

It is also understandable not to put Cassell in quite yet. Throwing a new guy in while behind one of the best teams in a league is just setting him up for failure. Be better to give him the start the next game as he builds confidence and comfort in the system.

Yep, being a Lions fan is the toughest. We have a genuinely good team, but all we do is make stupid mistakes over and over and over again. We are the most psychological abused team. Our past haunts our team and they just don't get over it.

Not really watching the pats a whole lot, you can pretty much call a pick on every pass play. They got called on it once or twice , but they basically dared the refs to throw a flag.

What happened with the Niners? The implosion of the team has been out of this world. Kaepernick seems to be hated bu his own team, Jim left for a college position (somewhat understandable), but this team has been laying some stinky eggs.

Is this a front office thing, or does the team just stink? I ask because they play as if they don't care. They don't seem to want to win, just collect their paycheck. Certainly they can turn things around, but it doesn't seem like they want to.

As of now, I can see Cam Newton getting the MVP award, but cannot see him winning a single playoff game. That is unless we beat a decent team in the regular season.

Front office and ownership fought with Harbaugh and pushed him out. Personality clashes.

Kaepernick has a certain skill set that requires an offense tailored around it. He isnt a good traditional QB and has been an outcast from teammates. They also had a bunch of retirements and lost players from last year.

Cam Newton is not going to be MVP. While he is short on weapons, he has one of the worst completion %s of starting QBs at 54% and has a just 11 tds to 8 ints. His running ability and making big plays when needed has been a boon though. The Panthers are really winning due to their defense and a relatively soft schedule thus far.

Newton would be behind Brady, Rodgers, Palmer, Dalton, and probably Gurley at the least, if not others as well.
