also on your talk about the hot sauce, i found some of that dinosaur BBQ tango wango stuff. decided to give it a shot. i decided to grill some chicken with it and i have to say i was very happy with the outcome. while it boasts habanero, i was surprised to find that the heat did not over power the awesome flavor. good pick...not sure i would put it on pizza as a condiment though.
And parmesan cheese. Seriously though, this sauce is AMAZING. I used to carry a bottle of it with me in my back pack back in high school (had a lot of Mexican friends who got me hooked on the stuff). It goes great on everything but Valentina + pizza = Win.

Looked up some reviews. Looks like I need to pick this up instead of Louisiana sauce (which I recently emptied) for general purpose use. It appears I should be able to find some at Fiesta.
Louisiana Hot Sauce and Valentina have two totally different tastes. I have both (actually, like you, I just finished my Louisiana Hot Sauce about two weeks ago), and they serve different purposes.

Based on the review I read, I'll probably like Valentina on most if not all of the things I used Louisiana on. Once I've tried it I'll figure out if I need to have both on hand.
Pizzas are like tacos -- as long as the topping fits in the curve, you can eat i-- WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING Forks? Folding? FAMIGLIA?? At least go to Ray's if you want a crappy slice of NY-style pizza. Sheesh. You might as well be eating at Pizza Hut.

to be honest when i was visiting Germany,i found that pizza is almost always eaten with a fork and knife...one day my folks over there got a pizza (with salami on it which was really awesome). I at first used my hands (this was when i was quite young and only knew my way to live) only to be told that it was in some way or another "disrespectful"...so being one not to disrespect people, i picked up a fork and knife..and ate...very strange to do so though.
