So I'm noticing a theme with every "big" moment in Game of Thrones

It basically involves Starks getting killed in some awful way

Here is what I thought after the end of the episode / what I think is coming.

I have not read the books so I don't know what happens, but I assumed because Melisandre (The lady in red) is at Castle Black (like 30 seconds before Jon died), she will revive Jon and he will be the new "Warrior of Light" or whatever it was she thought Stanis was.

Wasn't Vary's killed with a shot in the head in a previous episode this seasons?

I also thought Brienne of Tarth was killed by Ramsay Snow ?

No and no. I'm kinda drawing a blank as to who you might be thinking of as well.

That ending was the biggest gut punch for me. That person who I shall not name had become a real favorite for me...and the manner in which that character died just made my blood boil

but this is Game of Thrones after all, I suspect it won't be long before we see Tyrion and Dany die horribly, but only after

Martin is finished brutally killing off the Stark line. Watch out cripple boy

And what sucks is

Snow has had so many badass scenes these past like two seasons, it sucks to see a cool character like that die

Who was the lady Ramsay showed his wife crucified after she told Reek to light the torch in the tower?

Who is the guy fat bald guy with half his body buried killed by the Sand Snakes?

What happened to Vary after Tyrion Lannister got kidnapped? I thought he died

Both of those people were totally inconsequential extras. And Varys apparently just quietly made his way to Meeren after Tyrion, probably is the same carriage he was in when he was with Tyrion.

Interesting... the show seemed to imply they were indeed Vary and Brienne. Thanks for clearing it up

It wasn't Brienne, it was the old lady that passed the message along to Sansa.
