I played it a bit tonight. Really didn't find the controls intuative at all. Still... I like having at least one game for every sport represented on the console. Since I have both NFL2K and 2K1, you can have one of those.retrosportsgamer wrote:If you want to unload that World Series Baseball 2k1 - let me know. I was re-organizing my DC collection the other day and realized this is the only 2K sports game I didn't have a real copy of.Breetai wrote:Well, I've got two DCs that ready burnt games now. I think I'm good to go.Hobie-wan wrote:Ok, there's a circled number on the DC label on the bottom. A 0 or 1 is golden but a 2 is iffy. I'm pretty sure I've seen people say October and December before. Though apparently you can get the later ones to boot stuff too, it's just a little trickier. If you're standing at your favorite thrift store, remember the circled number if you have no resources available and you've got a good idea at least.

Re: Video Game "Look what I found"
At the store, I'm a regular and the Manager shows me all the locations for a game I request. I wish there were a way to do it at home, 100 mile radius chops are a pain to search. I have found games thru random zip code entries, a spare E-Reader coming in for 0.99¢. Actually will be less due to the 85% off, I told the manager to take his time to see what else he needs for his store inventory to justify the shipping.Hazerd wrote:How do you even check ALL the GameStops in the US?
Unfortunately Gamestop cannot ship between countries, the postage and long distance phone call would be too high. Especially for just a 0.99¢ GAMECUBE BROADBAND LAN ADAPTER. There are two left in all U.S. territory Gamestops, anyone who resides in Puerto Rico can get them both for under two bucks!
If anybody does get both of these, first dibs as the Finder if you sell the spare.

Re: Video Game "Look what I found"
If I saw that game at Goodwill I might elect to spend the $3 on beer or food instead... found this the other day for 75 cents in the children's books section. Never used by a kid back then obviously, spine is still rigid, cover shiny, in excellent hardly touched condition:Metal Militia wrote:I bought Mortal Kombat Mythologies: Sub-Zero (N64) for $3 at a Flea Market the other day. That game fucking sucks!

Got some sweet GBA games!
Super Mario Advance 1 & 2 $12 Got this from Blu in the B/Y/S section
Zelda Minish Cap and MarioKart $4 Thrift store finds!
Luckily I still have a bunch of empty DS boxes, so printing the artwork is good for placing them in the bookshelf.
