Yup. I used a website called "Livemocha" a while back, because I didn't have any friends who spoke German. Right now I can speak at a pre-school level, so it would be pointless to try and converse with somebody. I have a hard time understanding what they're saying if they start to speak fast. I'm going to do a couple more Units before I contact somebody to talk with.

:D Had a great Father's Day today!

:D Posted this as a "Happy Father's Day" message on Facebook, and somebody actually got the reference.

:D Thanks to a couple RacketBoy members, we will have a fourth Link and a second person to shoot type at Zombies.

:( Living next to the pool sucks. People are loud and obnoxious from 10:00am to 10:00pm. This is the time I try to sleep.

Happy Father's Day!
"Just remember, I'm always behind you 100%. Don't be afraid."

EDIT:
Come to think of it... That was pretty much my relationship with my dad. Call to say "Hi.", "I love you", "I'm proud of you.", etc. However, I rarely ever got to see him. Maybe that's why I love this game so much.

Same here. I could never be too mad about that, though, because he was there for the important things (graduations, weddings, he ran like a maniac to get to the hospital on the other side of the state so he'd be there when my niece was born, etc). Now that he's retired, he is making more of an effort to come see us more often, so that's nice.

:D Car went into the shop today to get it fixed and brought up to inspection. Three hours later, they call and tell me that they think it will pass, and they did the work free of charge. I am ecstatic, I was expecting to spend another 200 bucks on it!

:( Don't really have that much of a frown, but I have to ride the bike the two miles down the road to go get it. I'm sore from working out, but working out more eases the soreness... so no, it's not really a frown. Just indifferent.

Another :D : Working out is really paying off. I went back to pre-pregnancy weight pretty quick, but I wasn't in shape. I actually feel better about my physical appearance now. I was never ashamed of my body, but nearly doubling my weight in a three month span took a horrible toll.

:D I just bought two tickets to see Nine Inch Nails in November.

:( Damn they were expensive.

I can't think of an appropriate response to that, so I'm just going to sit here and giggle at it like the 'mature' adult I try to be. (and fail miserably)
