Speaking of Hobbit, word is the first of the Extended Editions should hit soon.

so it's 3 OVER-oversized movies. :P

(I'm waiting until all 3 are out before I watch any of them)
Bah, I didn't know there were EEs for these coming, too. Why? He's already adding stuff to the films, does he add more stuff here? Maybe unnecessarily work in a few more LotR films cameos?

Of course, I will still watch them.

(which answers my own "why?" above)

I'd watch 8 of those.
I don't know. If Lord of the G-Strings shows anything about how the HP pornos would go, I would simply avoid them. There are far less convoluted porn series out there.

He was an annoying little bastard in that movie. He was the same in the book, but in later books hes fleshed out quite a bit more and you learn to appreciate him. It makes a later scene with him in it more heart wrenching.

Yeah if you haven't read the books and just watch the movie, you seriously do not care when he bites it.

This might happen.
You two are easily the most knowledgeable film buffs on the board I think, and you also happen to disagree pretty often.

I think it'd make for some neat discussion.
I don't know man, they might just get together and agree with each other about how everyone's taste in movies sucks. :P

I kid of course.

I liked it, but don't plan on seeing it again anytime soon if at all. Basically, it's worth a rental at best. But that's not to say it can't be part of anyone's 420 marathon, since it's a better film than Evil Bong, which is more comedy than horror, while this is the inverse.

My Little Pony: Equestria Girls

Not quite as good as I hoped it would be, but still enjoyable and definitely worth a watch for fans of the show, especially since it's very much a direct followup to the season 3 finale. Here's hoping they'll get the chance do a second movie at some point.

I actually saw this movie at my house the other day. I thought it was ok, it's wasn't bad and is was quite entertaining. Although I didn't really care much for it. The only two things that really bothered me was that is very short, about 1 hour and 10 minutes. The second thing that really bothered me was that the human still pony names which didn't make since to me. Then again who am I to bring any sense of logic into a children's show. :P
