What are you playing?
Re: What are you playing?
Replaying Kingdom Hearts right now I'm at the final world so I should finish it in my next play session. Then I'm moving onto the PS2 version of Chain of memories and then onwards to Kingdom Hearts II.
Only thing I kind of dislike this play through is I now realize just how small the areas are. Plus the Hollow Bastion level is horrible. Don't get me wrong it looks great but they really needed to make it harder to fall of ledges was ridiculous how many times I fell off while fighting enemies. Ended up being the first level where I just ran through enemies instead of fighting.

I want to play that one, so bad. I'm not used to paying brand-new $60 prices on games, unless it's an Elder Scrolls game. But I think I may have to, because that's one of those late-release titles that will likely become rare and even more expensive.Nintendork666 wrote:I think I'm about to start a game in Pandora's Tower.

Lucky for you it's only $40 new right now.BurningDoom wrote:I want to play that one, so bad. I'm not used to paying brand-new $60 prices on games, unless it's an Elder Scrolls game. Just got a really nice bootleg of "Polyko's Super Jelly Bean Quest in the Sketchbook of Illusion", and I'm looking forward to giving trying it out tomorrow. Still have a little ways to go in Half-Life since I haven't had much time to play it, but my weekend starts later today so that shouldn't be a problem.

Just started my first Crushing Mode run on Uncharted : Drake's Fortune. Let's just say it's made me sit up straight.
I really have to think out and strategize each wave of enemies. I've learned not to stay in one place too long.
I also have one last treasure to pick up in Chapter 11 and a few trophies to grab and looking forward to completing this properly.
Then it's onto Uncharted 2 on Hard, then Crushing, and finally, part 3.

Polyko is fun for a single sitting, but has very little replayability.jinx wrote:Just got a really nice bootleg of "Polyko's Super Jelly Bean Quest in the Sketchbook of Illusion", and I'm looking forward to giving trying it out tomorrow. GOG is having a sale on Adventure games, so I picked up The Longest Journey. I'm not very far into it at this point, but I'm really enjoying it. It's been a long time since I've played a Point 'n Click Adventure game.

After that make sure to play Dreamfall, the sequel. Much better graphics, but they added a really poor combat system that is rarely used, mostly as a punishment for failing a puzzle, but still. The story is just as great and since the Ragnar Tornquist, the creator just finished his kickstarter to continue the series. It is such a great game series I am so excited!ZeoDefender wrote:GOG is having a sale on Adventure games, so I picked up The Longest Journey. Anywho I am currently playing through Monkey Island 2: Lechuck's Revenge, the HD remake with the developer commentary.
Also I am playing New Super Mario Bros. U for the Wii U. I am enjoying the game a lot, but it really does feel like more of the same from the previous New Super Mario Bros. My wife and I though are having too much fun with it, to say anything truly bad of it. You really can't have too much of a good thing.
Other than that, I am also working on playing through ZombiU a second time. I beat the game the first time, but failed the ending miserably. This time I am a lot more prepared. Halfway through the game and only died once. Fingers crossed!
