I never realized how useful a Kindle would be in college.

It really fucking sucks that I don't have a half decent indie store near (15> miles) me. The only one I have is overpriced to the max and then some.

A few examples:
Hitman Trilogy (Used, PS2) - $40
SMB3 - $25
N64 (It looks like it's been to hell and back) - $50
MLB The Show 09 (PSP) - $9

That basically summarizes the stores prices. The worst thing about is that the owner knows what he's doing. I told the guy that some of his games were a little overpriced (in a polite manner) and he went on a 5 minute rant about how he ''does the best he can''. Yet if I drive 20 minutes out the other shop near me, they have really good prices. Shops like his are the ones I wouldn't mind seeing GS take over.

I don't think anyone (besides bums) could make it on $125k a year, before taxes, in Downtown Chicago.

The average price for a Steinway upright piano is around $30,000usd. A standard Grand can run well over $100,000usd, and I don't consider that absurd as they last for about forever and nothing else sounds like a Steinway.

I wish Sonic the hedgehog had an enemy that's a Sloth. Incredibly slow, but constantly changes patterns and is a challenge to beat.

Flash mobs have seem to have died from commercial culture, dub step as well.

I miss Bonkers candy.

Chicago must be even more horrible than I imagined.

Everyone complains about corrupted people in power like parliament members, mayor, judges, presidents, ministers, and CEOs. But I never knew how to fix this problem. Its really hard to comprehend why one country has a fair justice system, their neighbors got a corrupted one. Why wouldn't the first get corrupted too, or the second gets fixed I have no idea.

What gives me a headache is that someone or some organization would be fighting for what is right, and once they are in power things change and rules bend. Exactly like in Animal Farm. All animals are equal , but some animals are more equal than others.

It's called judicial independence. You have it, you have a half working democracy. You don't have it, you're fucked cause who's going to punish politicians?
