Costly upgrade package, but worth it! :D

I also ditched my girlfriend before the proposal. Smart move.

Smile: Have a copy of MAN OF STEEL sitting right next to me.

Frown: I don't want to, and don't have to screen it without an audience.

No theatrics. Just a big ring and a solid proposal regarding the rest of her life.

I had to grind a bit to save up the gil but the upgrade was worth it. Pretty sure we could beat ruby WEAPON now.
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

GONE-TO-HELL-SIX-WAYS-TILL-SUNDAY:

We tried to get that place today, but it turns out we need a lot more money than we thought (over a thousand dollars) AND a cosigner who makes at least $30K a year. We don't really know many people that fit that description and the way things are looking, we won't have a place to live.

My brother's still trying to convince me that I should give up on trying to make any real profit from selling all my games and just settle for a low figure, like around $450-500, despite the fact that they're worth double that. But he thinks that just because the economy's in the crapper, I should aim low and just hope to get at most half of what I'm asking. And after that, I still have tons of stuff to sell (I estimate about $200 worth of stuff, so by my brother's logic I should expect to get about $75 for it all).

The weather is shitty because of a tropical depression out in the Gulf of Mexico.

Many happy days abound, Flake. Very happy for you!

:D Finally making the turn on this bathroom remodel. It's been pretty brutal - tried to salvage most of the subfloor by cutting out the rotted areas and tying in some new subloor - after I did that, my wife convinced me to take another day and just pullout the floor entirely and lay down some cement board. So got that done last night and started tiling. Making some headway and hoping to have everything done but the actual shower installed by the end of this weekend.

Oh, this pic is "funny" because after I put up new wallboard, my wife decided she wanted new wall sconces mounted over the sink instead of the existing 2 ceiling lights. One light will stay (w/the fan) but the other she'd like "moved to there". "Honey, you needed to tell me that BEFORE I laid the new wallboard and mudded it (when the studs were exposed). Long story short...cut into the drywall, made a junction at the existing ceiling light, and ran some splices to the 2 new locations :/

Because you think it'll be bad or because you want the audience reaction the first time you see it?
I'm not a glitch, I just have pixlexia.
