Does anyone know how the "Recommended for you" algorithm on YouTube works? Can I shut it off or block certain vids from appearing? I don't like having my page spammed with Pete Dorr, AlphaOmegaSin, and all the video game unboxing crap every single time I log on. YouTube blows.

There are some Youtube plug-ins for your browser that can let you choose what part of Youtube you want to cancel out. You can even cancel stuff like the comments section. If you use Chrome, try YouTube Options extension
