It's a cheaper LCD HDTV, so even though it can function as a PC monitor, it doesn't seem to do it very well.
A lot of times LCD TV do not function well as computer monitors. You are better off with a real computer monitor using VGA.
So I have actually been sticking to Shenmue II, and just made it to the third disc! It has a lot more action than what I remember in the first one, and some of the QTE's are unforgiving! Im glad to be finally working my way through the game, but sad knowing that I will be left with a cliff hanger (or so I have heard).

Disc 3 is where a lot of stuff goes down. I really missed leaving the big city, but there's a lot more to do in the mountains for sure.

I am glad you are enjoying it jay_red. A lot of people disregarded Shenmue II after playing the first, and they really missed out since the second is vastly more entertaining. I can not wait to see what you think about the ending. How far are you into it right now? ....in spoilers of course.

While on the topic of Shenmue II... I have finally added it back into my collection. I have been itching to replay Shenmue since the day I finished it, a good 12+ years ago.
These came earlier:
Oh yea, I wanted to add that the seller I bought this from on ebay was just incredible. I received it very quickly but it was packaged with so much care. I'm assuming the seller was a collector as well. Regardless, I promise the games have a good home.
You beat the final boss in 10 min? It took me something like 40 min to beat the first boss. I think it was a dragon and I was in a boat in the sewers or something like that. I quit on that game, it was damn difficult and there is about a wait of 1 to 1.5 hours to get the option to save each time. Or was it 3 hours? I can't recall. Also a lot of facing the same enemies a million times over.

your memory is probably a bit fuzzy since you haven't played it in so long. The first boss is a dragon. The second boss is a weird centipede thing that takes place on a raft in a sewer-looking place. You can save any time you want. There's no wait at all. Every time you quit the game it saves automatically. I can't really imagine it taking 40 mins to beat any of the bosses either.

I think I used to wait until I get back to the space station so I would save, I did not know it saved any where I quit the game
