You need patience for Bloodrayne Betryal. Even people who like the game have admitted how frustrating it is. Noise wasn't too keen on it either, and like me, this seems like the sort of game that would be right up his alley

Bloodrayne Betrayal is the sort of game I hate on principal. Some games are hard, and some games are "douchebag" hard. Hotline Miami is hard. You will die a lot in that game, but it's pretty fair about it. You die in one hit, so do your enemies. And checkpoints are available on every floor, and your score doesn't even take a hit when you die because the developer knows that death is an inevitable part of the game

Bloodrayne Betrayal is one of those games where every level is intentionally designed to be as annoying as possible. The controls are designed to be as annoying as possible. The boss fights are designed to be as annoying as possible. And you just never escape the feeling that the game just doesn't like you, or that it takes pleasure in your suffering. It feels like a game that is constantly flipping you the bird. And so, when you tell other people about the game, you wanna flip the bird right back at it by telling them how much the game sucks.

I like hard games, when they are "good" hard, not "douchebag" hard. Dishwasher Vampire Smile is another game that is "good" hard. Bloodrayne Betrayal isn't.

Call of Juarez: Gunslinger- PC
This is the best game in the series, it may also be the best Western Themed game created. They have pretty much taken the best things from Westerns, train robbery's, the guns, all the stereotypical stories, all the legends like Jesse James, etc and mashed them into a all out shooting rampage.

The game really lacks the bullshit of most shooters today, barely any walking around that doesn't involve shooting or looking for something to shoot, there are comic book style cutscenes, but I actually really enjoyed listening to them and the style of story telling was brilliant with the main character telling his life story at a bar.

It also features an arcade approach to combo's, etc similar but not as in depth as that found in Bulletstorm. I also found the showdowns really enjoyable.

For the low price tag paired with the fact Juarez 3 is one of the worst shooters I have ever played I was not expecting much, but other than being slightly short (but the price makes up for it) it really is a well rounded and enjoyable game.

A pair of Sonic hacks. One was Sonic Classic Heroes (which is a mashup of the Sonic 1&2 hack and the Sonic 2 Heroes hack), and the other was Sonic 3 Complete, in S3&K mode. But when I played the latter I set it to where Flying Battery Zone is between Carnival Night and Ice Cap Zones, and set it to the Easy Mode from Sonic Jam with Casual Gameplay.

I finally beat Portal. A while back I started it and got stuck on level 16 or so. I started fresh this past weekend, and it took me 3 or 4 hours to make my way through. Glad I did. Loved every moment, and really level 19 was probably the best part of the entire game.

Although you have Orange Box, maybe you should play Half-Life 2 and Eps 1 & 2 first than Portal 2...tough call.

I have not played HL2 Ep 2 b/c I hear it would make the wait for HL3 even more intolerable.
