There are a number of games I will certainly hold near and dear to my heart from this generation.

Super Mario Galaxy - Wii
Wii Sports - Wii
Halo 3 and Reach - 360
Uncharted Series - PS3

Those games will always remain timeless classics for me!

Except for the first game, I consider Reach to be the best in the series. One of the best FPS ever released!
