Capcom had plenty of great arcade beat'em ups in the nineties. Only a few got ports though and this is one of them. It's a pretty good port too. Some cool things about this game are riding horses, being able to block attacks(easier to do than in the arcade version), and leveling up your character and watching his appearance change. This game was later ported to different Capcom Collections, but if you want a console release of just the game itself, this version is your only option

I've only played this via the Capcom Classics Collection v2, but I really enjoyed it when I played it, and probably would have absolutely loved it as a kid if I had played it then. I loved all the other great beat-em ups of the era like X-Men Mutant Apocalypse and TMNT Arcade. Was it released for the U.S. SNES?

At the time the SNES hit, the PC I had was a Commodore 64, and it had a world building game called Sim City. Looking back on it now the C64 version was extremely primitive, lacking police/fire stations, stadiums, railways and disasters. The interface was clunky, and I the keyboard controls were awkward to say the least.

Then I heard that it was on the SNES. After I begged my parents to finally get me a SNES, among the first batch of titles I got was the SNES version of Sim City. What a difference going from

The music is classic, the gameplay smooth and the menus clean. It's a shame it never appeared on the NES, but the SNES version is without a doubt one of my favorite games.

Interesting. For me, the Wii version never matched the fun of Super Punch Out, which I think is the best Punch Out game. I never played the arcade version though. To me, the Wii game is the weakest one

Really? I think the wii version was great. I can see what your saying about the snes version. All the punch outs are great no matter what

95: Super Mario All-Stars

I guess since it's just a collection of Nes Mario games, but it was nice to have them all in one cart back in the day (and today for that matter).

If you're going that route why not Super Mario All-Stars + Super Mario World where you could have the first four Mario games on one cart?
