Uhh.. i Just realized I have to play a show that night on LI, but it's not until 9pm (and it's on punk show time... 9:30,

). I plan on joining everyone until at least 8pm if we end up hanging out at your apartment in Brooklyn again, o.pwuaioc.
The only problem is if people are going to be riding in my car, I will be down 1 seat.

Are you still going to be able to pick me up from my house?

The 28th?
Sure. I'll just have to make sure I have enough room in my pockets to stuff a few cookies (and maybe some salmon).

So, let's start figuring things out. Who's bringing what? Maybe if everyone brings a small item, I can provide the rest. What about games? There are only two televisions here, that's enough for folks? What are we looking at playing? My RFGeneration account is up to date if you want to peruse that. For multiplayer, I have Bomberman and a SNES multitap, but I'd need two more controllers brought. I have a PS2 multitap too as dsheinem's (can you bring that for me, too?). Goldeneye/Perfect Dark/MK64 should be fun standards. What else, folks? What do you want/have?

There is a possibility I will attend this. I'm so last minute it's absurd, but I'm planning a trip to NYC this month (kinda/sorta), and if it's around the 28th, I'll show up.

Everyone should make sure they have money for transportation / parking. Last time I got really great parking the block between both game stores and it was only like $3.00 for 2 hours.
Tolls coming into NYC are pretty hefty. The Verrazano bridge is $13.00 (only going out of staten island I think). The GW bridge and Tunnels are up there too, closer to $10.00 (each way I believe)
If you're coming from Long Island, the Williamsburg bridge is free both ways and pretty darn close to where we'll probably be.
If we decide to visit the Nintendo Store, we'll need $2.50 (I think that's the rate?) per subway ride up to Rockefellar center area. (B,D,F,M trains or E a couple of blocks). I think I'd rather die than try to find parking in mid-town.
Driving into Brooklyn to Barcade is fairly easy and free from NYC. To Chris' apartment is like a 20 min drive. It's extremely close to the Verrazano bridge for those driving through Staten Island on the way home. (easy access to 95 and 80)

Thanks for the info. Is there parking near o.p's apartment?

Last time we had to park like 2 or 3 blocks away, but it's a really nice upscale neighborhood with about 10 square blocks of parking. I wouldn't be afraid to park far away if I had to. Just depends on the time of day for availability.
I think $30-$35 for parking/tolls would be a safe estimate if you can get a street spot in NYC. That should be not much of a problem, but i'd brush up on parallel parking skills should you need to.
$10 - into NYC
$10-$13 - out of NYC (going home)
$5.00 - round trip subway
$3-$15 - parking (if you get a street spot or decide upon an overpriced garage)
