I'm thinking I'm too consumed with other stuff lately which makes it hard for me to get into Dark Forces. I guess I'm just not in the mood to do so much exploring right now. I guess other FPS games that I'm used to require way less. They're a lot more just-kill-shit games. So while I get that this is way better, it's not really clicking with me right now. Unfortunately.
I feel the same. Too much school and pokemon keep distracting me.
Same here. I was also distracted by Pokemon White, which I completed last week. Now I'm working on Okamiden and then the 3DS next week.
I got to level 5 and stopped; I think level 4 really slowed my momentum. Anyways, I'll have to purchase Deja Vu for the GBC since I don't have my NES with me right now.
so I have a bit of time tonight. I pulled out Dark Forces. I powered it up. I started Level 4 again... I just sat there for a minute. Then I popped in Mobile Light Force.
because I've slacked so much this month, I think I might just use codes to skip to some later levels so I can at least try each level even if I'm not saving my own progress. Like I said previously, I do find he levels really well crafted. It's been more of a time-issue for me this month.
Weak with the force, you are. Lol. Go ahead, I won't judge you. Better to at least have a taste of the rest of the game than just quitting, I think. And do try to beat Jabba's ship, it's a great level and somewhat linear, if I remember correctly.
that's basically my stance now. I know that I won't touch it again playing fair. So I'd like to just skip up and try the other levels to at least see what they're like. Get an idea of them.

At this point you may as well also use some god codes or weapons codes, etc. just so that you can plow through it and see the awesome set pieces and level design. Just make sure that if you count it as a "beaten" game you give it an asterisk

I knew that post would drag you out of hiding! Haha.
