So here's a (pretty lame) joke that I had to hear multiple times the other day. It's not really the type of joke that can be told on a forum, so I'll just kinda explain it. It's all in the execution.
You say excitedly to someone, "Oh hey, did you hear about that actress that got stabbed?" Then possibly wait for the person to say something like, "No, who?" Whether they ask who or not, just go right ahead and say, "Ahh, what's her name? Reese... Reese something..." You have to make it seem like you're genuinely trying to think of it. The person should say, "Witherspoon?" Then you immediately reply, in a matter-of-fact kind of way, "No, with her knife."
