Well that took days and two pages of long, long passwords.

If I hadn't been playing Metal Gear since its release, I don't think I would have the patience to finish it. I have most of the game memorized, but that doesn't mean that I didn't die in the first few minutes. This game is difficult. I'd say it is more difficult than Ninja Gaiden, as in Gaiden, at least you know where to go and what to do. It's not that Metal Gear is mind boggling, it's that it is very confusing at times and it is very easy to get lost or forget the task at hand.

However, the game does make me want to play MGS. The games are so similar (well duh, they should be) that it really makes you appreciate how awesome both games are. I have no interest in playing Snake's Revenge, and I'll definitely be playing MGS on the Dreamcast tonight and over the weekend.

I know that you are not a fan of handhelds, but if you get the chance, try Metal Gear Solid for the Gameboy Color. It is a lot of fun, and it is way better than the NES original.

That's a totally seperate game from the original, and it's awesome. Very well done.

Agreed. Despite its title, it is not a remake of the PS1 game or the NES game. It is a completely original Metal Gear game, and it is rad.

in the US it has a serious lack of a title. But elsewhere it's know by the truly awesome name Metal Gear Solid: Ghost Babel.
