PUNISHER WAR ZONE is hilarious and awesome. Castle caves a man's face in with his fist for crying out loud.
IM3 isn't your typical Marvel film, fyi. It is in some aspects, but...well, you'll see when you see it.

I was mainly talking about the ones they've made since Blade. Pre-Blade, yeah, their stuff was pretty cheesy. I kinda like Roger Corman's Fantastic Four, though, and Lou Ferrigno as The Hulk is classic.

MINIONS is going to rock your socks off. The writing is top notch, the voice cast is stacked with great actors and actresses, and the entire franchise has been great so far.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Minions_(2014_film)#Minions_.282014.29I had to look up what you were talking about. Yeah, that does sound awesome. Illumination is the new Pixar, IMO. I thought Despicable Me was better than Toy Story 3 and The Lorax was better than Brave. It'll be interesting to see whether Despicable Me 2 or Monsters University is the better film because they both look great.

Wow I totally disagree with you on both of those and I really enjoyed Despicable Me. I would say Toy Story 3 > Despicable > Brave > The Lorax. I thought The Lorax was pretty throw away personally.

Really? That had to be one of the worst super-hero films I have EVER seen. Such a sloppily cobbled together piece of licensed garbage. The only one worse, I think, is the never released meant-for-T.V. Justice League movie from the 90s.

To be fair, the silver age FF comics were pretty silly and I thought Roger Corman's film matched the tone of them perfectly. Also, remember that the budget was tiny. Literally, they only spent $1 million on it, which is extremely low by hollywood standards. Taking that into consideration, it's actually kind of impressive what they pulled off.

Felt like a Steven Seagal movie.
I wasn't complaining.
Nice to hear these things about Iron Man 3. I liked the first one more than 2 myself, but both felt like pretty simple popcorn flicks that were a bit empty underneath. This one definitely looks different from what I'm guessing, can't wait to see it.

RE: Roger Corman's Fantastic Four. Yes, it kinda sucked. But for what budget they had (I think it was 2 million?) they pretty much spent it all on Thing's suit, and it looked pretty good for it's time!
And what was up with Doom's hand rubbin'? It was so over the top and funny.
PUNISHER WARZONE - best moment in the movie: when the parkour douche gets BLOWN UP BY A MISSILE. AWESOME!
