I had never thought about a PC. Always thought PC gaming and owning a PC was either games like rpg's or doom and well looking at porn. I'll look around and see what's out there.

I know The Kore Gang has been mentioned before, but definitely worth repeating! I started playing it again and now stuck at level 13, the High Security Prison Boss at the end. Online videos offer a walk thru, but only up to and not including the boss level atb the end. I have no idea what to do other then jumping over all the "shock wave" attacks and collecting the power balls. :?

Anyone locate a TEXT walk thru of Kore Gang? This game is as good and bizarre as Physconauts! No really, it is that good! Every Wii owner should have this game.

I have the Kore Gang. I bought it for some stupidly cheap price at Gameplop. It was about four dollars or so. The designers of this game were clearly influenced by Tim Burton. I'm sure you're surprised to hear that I like that.

Is this one of the "rare/valuable Wii games?" Probably not. It's a good enough game if you like 3D platformers. I dig the style of this game, but I doubt we're going to see a huge increase in demand for this title any time soon.

In a surprising move, Rodea the Sky Soldier, the most recent full console game from Prope (Yuji Naka), was recently confirmed for release in North America by NIS.

http://nisamerica.com/games/rodea-the-sky-soldier/

The WiiU release will include as a bonus the Wii version of the game. The Wii version was what Prope originally finished for the Japanese publisher. Said publisher then reworked the concept for a 3DS/WiiU version. This may be the last official Wii game. It almost certainly will be the last official Wii game that isn't a kids movie / cartoon tie-in.

Interesting!

I just looked up some gameplay footage on youtube. Rodea reminds me of Nights into Dreams.

Is this playable on a Wii, or only on a WiiU/3DS?

Yuji Naka also worked on Nights, so the similarity is certainly not by accident. There are two core games here. One is the original Wii game and the other is a rework for WiiU and 3DS. The WiiU version will - at least at first - also bundle the Wii verson. I'd assume it will distributed in a 2 disc case to save costs rather than two seperate cases and a slipcover.

So we get 2 seperate Discs? One that will only play in a WiiU and one that will work in a Wii or a WiiU, right?

How do you know they won't be on a single WiiU disc with the original Wii
version as an unlockable bonus?
