Yeah that's why I was wondering what the model no. was on his, they don't all look the same but they are. The ones for the model 2 and 32x also work for the Game Gear, I believe.
The yellow tip AC adapters work on the model 2 Genesis, 32X and US Game Gear. The JP Game Gear uses the same AC adapter as the Genesis model 1 and both Sega CD models.

I've got so many different Sega power bricks. Some even have the same numbers and tips but different design. So confusing.
