Is everyone going to just gloss over this part? Why does she have your birth certificate?
Not an issue though it was just a copy and I have 2 other birth certificates. She has her reasons for not wanting to return anything and if I hadn't given her those reasons I would still be a miserable drunk and we'd still be together which is not what I wanted anymore. I've been trying to better myself all summer since it ended and I'm happy with who I am again finally, she really destroyed my self esteem.

I miss the dogs though

I bought PBS Frontline episode off iTunes for about $2 and there was another episode that I wanted to watch but I wasn't sure if it was interesting enough so I tried to see some sort of a rating for the episode "The Untouchables" . Surprisingly I found the episode free to watch on the PBS website!

I am not going to cry over the $2 , but I would have rather given it to some one who I pirated his show/film/game in earlier times. What I do not understand why do they sell them on iTunes and they are free on the site.

I heard once that PBS shows are free, but when I saw them sold digitally I thought they are free just when they air on TV as in not subscription based.

btw, any one recommend any PBS shows?

I did not think this was important enough to have its own thread

Had something similar happen to me a while back. She had old childhood video tapes and pictures (Only video I had of my grandmother). She insists I owe her money after letting her live with me for free for nearly two years. Pretty sure all my stuff got destroyed. Meh...

Random Thought:
What ever happened to shows like Mister Rogers, Bill Nye, and Kratts Creatures? All of my brothers watch really dumb crap on the Disney channel that usually involves young teens with boyfriends/girlfriends. Even the youngest ones...

I believe the networks just found a cheaper way around the whole "educational content" requirement.

This is the randomist thought I have had lately:
Eleven, and twelve. These numbers put native English-speakers at great disadvantage mathematically. I propose we replace eleven through nineteen with "tenty-one" through "tenty-nine" bringing these numbers inline with the rest... "...tenty-eight, tenty-nine, twenty!"

:edit: I just realised this solved the dilemma of what to call this decade, "the tenties", I smell a Fields Medal...

Eins, Zwei Drei, Vier, Funf, Sechs, Sieben, Acht, Neun, Zehn, Elf, Zwolf, Dreizehn, Vierzehn, Funfzehn...

It's not only English.
