EDIT: Also "A Tale of Two Sisters" and the original "The Eye" (not the shitty Alba remake)
Haven't seen Oldboy yet, but I have seen "Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance".
Seen "A Tale of Two Sisters" and it's American re-imagining "The Uninvited". Both are good.
And the original version of The Eye, and liked it. Still wanna give the Alba remake a shot.

Honestly, out of Oldboy, Sympathy for Mister Vengeance, and Lady Vengeance, Lady Vengeance is my favorite, followed by Oldboy, which is pretty funny because the friends that got me into the trilogy swore Mister Vengeance was the best. All three are awesome films though, definitely worth checking out.
In general, I've been impressed by most of the Korean films I've watched. There have been one or two I just didn't care for that I've watched, but other than that I'd say Korean cinema is definitely worth checking out.

I've seen some good ones. Though I found Shiri was pretty disappointing considering all the hype saying it was the the best Korean movie evar!!!!1!!eleventy! when it came out.

It's ok, I had that happen with Sorum. For some reason it got hyped a bunch, and then I watched it and was just bored the entire time. Judging from IMDB, I'm apparently not the only one.

Also, has anyone seen any good horror movies lately? Cuz I figure it's Halloween and that translates roughly into "horror movie binge".

Well, I posted about some of these already but they are all great IMO.
Night of the Demons - original not remake
Night of the Demons 2
Trick 'r Treat
Doghouse
Inside
Ils (Them)
Zombieland - not particularly a horror movie though
Martyrs
Laid to Rest
I could go on. We watch horror almost exclusively. That's the viewings worth mentioning from the past few weeks.

I recommend R-Point.. Solid psychological horror.
