Really getting into the tactical stuff since I bought (and have 120 hours on) Disgaea 1 for PS2. The customization ability of these games is staggering...

awesome. Another one that no one talks about is Adventures To Go.

Currently dipping my toes into the new Mother translation. It really seems
like a blueprint for Earthbound, beyond just being its predecessor. Almost to the
extent that Earthbound seems more of a reboot than a sequel, shall see how it ranks
in the long run. Exciting times, love this series so much.

I know. I figure I could probably get Ziggy to make one if I wanted. The problem though is that I don't actually want a repro cart. I mean, I wish I didn't have to pursue such an option.

I've been promising myself I'd complete a Dragon Quest game for quite some time, and right now I'm gradually working through Dragon Quest VIII.
I run the 8/16-bit retro site TimeWarpGamer and if you want to follow the latest updates, check me out on Twitter.

Wha? Since there isn't a US version and you don't want a repro, what do you want? :?

The World Ends With You.

I had sold it a couple years ago because I got tired of it but I got it cheap off Amazon recently and I'm already about where I left off. It really is a unique and fun game once you get the hang of it.

Zelda games and the ones alike like Okami are not rpg's but adventure and dungeon crawlers.

Zelda does that by way of weapons/hearts/armour upgrades and skill attainment. Different titles, essentially the same process.
