I found a Contra Force for $50 at one and Hobie grabbed a rare GB manual for $1. I also picked up a model 1 sega cd for $50 which I liked as there is a potential for damage in shipping with that one. No steals, but at least reasonable prices.
Yup, we've gone a few times since I moved here. That's been precisely my experience, and what I put as their online review. Cheaper, more popular games are ridiculously priced but some of the more rare games seem reasonable.

My daughter is also a "daddy's girl", but when the chips are down, the one she needs - and the one she emulates - is mama.

:D Got a new innertube for my bike. And before you give me hell for it, that bike is for me, like it is for some many kids, hipsters, the eco-conscious, and people between cars, my primary form of transportation. So buying that is like buying a new tire for your car, albeit WAY, WAY cheaper. Plus, between biking and busriding, I'm still saving money by NOT having a car. Anyone here from NYC knows what I mean.

:?: Thinking about going to Colisseum of Comics in Kissimmee today. It's on the other end of the 55 Link, and I have a day pass (good thing, too, since my brother's got an issue with some nightcrawlers he had me buy for him and he needs to take the bus to sort it out). I'm not gonna buy anything, but I'm gonna see how much I can get for my comics (I must have at least 3-4 dozen individual issues), my Ender's Game hardback graphic novel, and my old game cards (MtG and YuGiOh). That's essentially it. I wanna get into Cardfight Vanguard, since they do tournaments for that, but money's really tight right now and our food card ran out and IDK if we're getting a new one.

:D My Ouya will be here in about two weeks, give or take a few days depending on my location.

:( Still don't have internet at our house. My mom's thinking about getting a new account either in her name or my brother's name, which means I'll just cancel my account.

No crap for bike repairs. That's helpful for job things. Don't make your bike flashy so it isn't appealing to thieves and have a way to secure it. U locks are mostly useless as you can defeat them with a pen. Braided cables are the best defense I believe as they're more annoying to cut.

Agreed. Also, you should be sure to run the lock through both wheels and the frame.

Yeah, a lot of times security is just about hassle. If there are tons of bikes to steal that are easier to get than yours, they'll get those instead.

I remember back in college one of my buddies never locked his bike. I discovered this one day when we came out of class together and his bike was unsecured. I told him someone would steal his bike if he kept doing that.

The next day he discovered his bike up in a tree and purchased a lock. And no, it wasn't me.

I always found it funny when I would find front tires only locked to bike racks at school. Thieves would come along and unscrew the wheel and take the rest of the bike.
