So right now I'm looking into upgrading it, which looks to be a pretty easy process. The hard part is figuring out what the computer can handle.
Unfortunately, it was put together by some local guys and mom has no idea where she put the paperwork, if she still even has it. But I downloaded a free system checker and it says that the maximum capacity for the machine is "8192MB." Figure out what the motherboard is, then you can see what type of memory it will take.
