Neither of these are particularly compelling justifications, and the fact that many people engage in piracy does not make it a morally acceptable activity.
Let's face it, certain member of our forum...
...enjoy stealing.
It's just as simple as that.
Well, it's a simple fact.
When [they] want something...and [they] don't want to pay for it.

[click]...right...[to]...the [torrent]
Hey all right! If [they] get by...it's [theirs]
[Theirs] all [theirs]! Lets go!
You must have missed my multiple posts where I said that A)if I download something that's available for sale, I do eventually purchase it most of the time because I want to support the things I like, and B)most of the stuff I download isn't available for sale, and some of it might never be due to a number of factors, so I couldn't purchase it if I wanted to. In the latter case, what would you have me do, huh? What's your "moral" solution to that?
Seriously, I agree with you that people who download everything and never pay for anything are not cool, but most people aren't like that and saying that we are is extremely insulting. Without pirates, there's quite a few things that likely would be lost forever, so lumping all forms of piracy together is, at best, an oversimplification and shows that you're not seeing the bigger picture.
