Atari Flash Back 2 - $15.00 Swap Meet
The seller wanted $20.00, I offered $15.00 since one Joystick was missing. I included a pic with a 2600 Jr for a size comparison. The Flash Back 2 can be modded to accept regular 2600 carts, I am thinking about on doing this, for now enjoying the exclusive games. Meanwhile I modded the Atari 2600 Jr to Composite. I posted a rundown of Atari PlugnPlay systems in the Portable Game Guide.

:?: Has anyone tried a Sega Genesis Gamepad on the Flashback 2 and 3? I know they fry a C64 but work fine in the Atari 2600 and 7800.

A coincidence that both the Flashback and the original Atari 2600 uses a 9 volt DC power plug. The old Atari's take a mini "Mono Headphone" plug, I had to solder one on.

I snagged one of these today too. Thanks for the heads up. Front of the box is a little faded, but otherwise minty fresh for $20. :)

I too got one of these yesterday. Mine was a little faded like Hobie's, but that was because it was up on a shelf right next to the florescent lights. It was kind of fun to peel all of the stickers off: $19.99...$39.99...$49.99...$79.99 Thing probably would have sold earlier if anyone had been able to see it up there on that shelf

Anyway, now I have two of them, so I'll be able to have some good TvC fights.

Man, now I gotta check my local GameStop. I've been wanting one too and a $20, that's just too good to pass up.

Picked up Banjo-Tooie and Excitebike 64 yesterday for $5 each. Ic ould not pass them up at the price.
I'm pretty awful at both so far, but really enjoy them. I like the classic Excitebike tracks with the 64 perspective. And the desert race is quite fun.
I got Conkers BFD a while back ($3 - cart only!), and it seems much better than Banjo-Tooie. Maybe it's the difference with the intended audience. Love the Rare style on the N64.
Systems: Pong, Odyssey2, Atari 2600, NES, CDX, SNES, N64, Saturn, DC, PS1, PS2, PS3, Xbox, GCN, Wii, Xbox360, OUYA
Handhelds: GB, GBC, GBA, DS lite, DSi, Virtual Boy (<< is that even a portable?)
EM Pinballs: Bally Dixieland, Gottlieb Flying Carpet
SS Pinball: GTB Circus, GTB Count-Down, GTB Close Encounters of the Third Kind, Stern Lectronamo, Stern Galaxy, Bally Black Pyramid

I really enjoyed Excitebike 64. I had intentions to beat it at one point but apparently got distracted. It does take some time to get used to all the controls and such, but once you do it's really fun.8)

I wish I could find Conker's Bad Fur Day for that cheap. I used to have it (twice) but sold it both times. Now I just wish I had it for my collection. Honestly I thought that game was really fucking stupid, but the multiplayer mode was kinda sorta fun.

I'll have to give multiplayer a try. I had either assumed it was single player, or forgot it could do that. Thanks!

Yeah, I've come across Conker about 6 different times, prices ranged from $5 to $20. Kept selling 'em, because I didn't really have interest in it, and I was getting $50 a pop for 'em.

Hey if you come across it cheap again you should let me know and give me a good deal on it. Like I said, it's one of those games I'd love to have in my collection and regret getting rid of for that reason. But it really just isn't worth paying market value for in my opinion, because it's just not my cup of tea.

Hmm I might have to get one of these. I'll have to look into jay red's thread about modding it to be used for ps3.

Sega Master System II, Boxed (Though the top flap is missing) with a 1st Party Controller, and a HoneyBee controller - $30 via Cash Converters.

On my break today I picked this up for $55, I did not know it was boxed until he went to get the controllers, etc. I got home and could not for the life of me tune it in, after some time of frustration I tried the power supply from my Sega SC3000H (Same PSU Specs) and I was able to tune it in (The Master System II has not power light). Needless to say I was annoyed, went back to the store and got $25 back because of the power supply which brought it down to $30.
