I've never felt the need to refrigerate or freeze my bread.

I never used to notice this, but once someone pointed it out, I hear it all the time and for the stupidest things.
"Oh my god. That mayonnaise is amaaazing."
"Oh my god. I rode on the bus yesterday and it was amaaazing."
"These napkins are amaaazing."

There was a Boutique called Pizazz that catered mainly to sorority girls, and women in their forties who pretend to be sorority girls where everything was "Amaaaaaaazing".

A $40 plastic coffee mug with your initials on it? "Amaaaaazing!"

I never will. I'd rather feed the pigeons than eat refrigerated or previously frozen bread.

Especially when it comes to hotdog or hamburger buns. Dirt cheap they are.

Be sure that you place it in the refrigerator.

Refrigerator is the fastest way to make your bread go stale.

But it keeps it from molding. Down here in the South, I've seen bread go moldy in a day due to the high humidity. If the choice is stale bread versus completely inedible bread, I'll take stale every time. I keep all of my bread in the refrigerator now, though I do pull out the slices I want and give them a little time to thaw whenever I use them.

I don't like cold bread and nuking it or toasting it to get it to room temperature is never a good answer either since it changes the consistency. If I want toast, I want toast. If I want a sandwich, I generally want room temperature bread. My bread always sits out.

Why do you hate birds? Ok ok, pigeons aren't real birds. They're actually flying rats if you live in any medium or larger city.

Some of you have obviously never had parbaked bread. Also, I prefer the term "squab" for pigeons. It makes them sound so much more delicious (and makes me wish that someone would harvest them every so often so that I could more delicious, delicious, frozen-bread-fed squab).

I don't. I pull out the bread I will use, let it sit for a bit while I do something else while it warms back up to room temperature, and then I'm good to go. No mold, the bread is no longer cold, I can do with it what I like. And while I suppose I could go throw out half a bag of buns or a good chunk of a loaf of bread and just by new ones, I dislike having to drive to the grocery store, fight traffic to park, fight traffic inside the store, stand in line, and then go back home just so I can make myself a hot dog.

I also don't really care to waste food, if possible, and there are no ducks near me. Maybe I should just throw it at the homeless people who live under the nearby overpass. But I prefer buying them stuff from a nearby corner store.

I hate store bought bread. I always make my own, and I always refrigerate it. I don't eat it fast enough to avoid the growth of mold so there's no choice really. I don't mind eating it cold either. I usually toast it though, I like it a bit crunchy.
