Re: Together Retro: The Official Forum Thread
yeah I really hated the controls on the SNES/Genesis. I had been looking for an excuse to pick up Godzilla on Gamecube. But oh well...

You shouldnt need an excuse to pick up Godzilla on the cube. It is a solid game. Alittle short, but all giant monster games are.
So King of Monsters it is?

I do need an excuse though, cuz I'll already be hunting for TR games. I have to sort of prioritize and limit my game-buying.

OMG! Look at Mothra!

y'alls can play King Of The Monster's clunky control scheme... I'll be playing Godzilla instead.

So I take it either MAME or Kawaks would be the way to go for that game then?Ack wrote: Exactly, and it was also the main SNK wrestler on Neo Geo. I'm not very good at the home ports, but I've read they're garbage anyway.
Still, didn't stop me from buying both of them on the SNES.

I can dig a double feature. Ok lets do it.
Sorry I didnt get the news post done yet. When I got home from work I found out that I needed another version of Ubuntu for my PPC Imac and that a friend really wanted to talk to someone over dinner - I ate most of a sizable squid.
