I think we should change the name of the thread to Homebrewing, Microbrews, and Hispterism in the Modern Era, or get back on topic.

I honestly thought hipsters were a myth until I visited Austin for the first time.

Oh yeah, Austin is one of the keen places for it. Lots of previously bad neighborhoods for them to fill with coffee shops and such. I seriously think it will lead to other large cities around to get worse. Possibly San Antonio.

and I wouldn't say Two Hearted or Bells would fall into the hipster category, they are celebrating 30 years brewing this year, they were pre-hipster.
